Novuhair encourages you to understand your hair

Other than your face, your hair is one of the first thing that other people
notices, this very reason is why most people take extra effort in caring for
their mane, but are you doing enough?

A hair salon is one of the usual places that a person would go to whenever
they need to have their hair fixed, this is typical if you just need a relief from
a bad hair day or to mend your split ends. What if your hair needs a more
extensive solution such as for your hair loss?

LOVE YOUR HAIR WITH NOVUHAIR

To give us much more reason to be carefree, we must be confident
on how we look and feel. Take time to take care of your appearance
and take extra attention to your hair. Hair is considered as our
crowning glory, hence, it is pertinent that we start with it.

Here are a few tips in maintaining a healthy hair.

dermcare

Channeling your beauty to radiate doesn’t come overnight, your skin requires
pampering and care of a professional center that understands your needs. A
center that provides all your skin pampering necessities has now come into full
bloom as it introduces its new look and logo.

novuhair salutes women

In celebration of International Women’s Month this March, Nutramedica Inc.,
encourages women to speak their mind and know their rights.
Be it in society or otherwise, women have excelled over the years, creating a
sense of socio-equality that every female across the globe shall be proud of.

This years’ theme is “Be bold for change”, a very subjective manner of
approach to the present era where women are called to lead and influence.
Novuhair calls for the same thrust.
Novuhair empowers the female population by improving their appearance thru
self-help ideas on social media. Channeling their self-esteem and confidence
to exude.

Good Friday Procession 2017

One thing I miss about living near the church the way you really feel part of the
community's Lenten activities.

Take the traditional "Pabasa ng Pasyon", for ex.  When I used to live in Grace Park
a few houses away from Grace church, there was no forgetting that Holy Week was
upon us, because the "Pabasa" almost literally became the soundtrack of the days
leading up to Good Friday.

visita iglesia 2017

I missed the #chinoylife Binondo-San Nicholas tour  for this, woke up and travelled
as early as 330am to Camp Aguinaldo Grandstand which is the meeting place for the
April 13, visita Iglesia 2017 which is a lenten tradition done by the Catholic faithful
to meditate on the passion of Christ.

yesterday was my very first time to attend and participate. I was invited by a friend
who is also a member of CBCP. traditional this is done before Good Friday.
Churches in Manila are plenty, one of the many reasons why I choose to join this,
and yes, its my first time.

Last Saturday I joined the AHP Pampanga heritage tour of Ancestral Houses of the
Philippines group. A long day of exploring different tourist spots and attractions in
Sta Ana it started with a short ride via the super Nissan urvan of Roy Vincent Santiago
which just took a quick 1 hour trip via NLEX even if we are late the ride was still
smooth and with the summer heat soaring you cant go wrong with an urvan!
Steeped in history and blessed with natural and man-made scenery, this town offers
several sightseeing options for travellers, has always enjoyed the title,
“Culinary Center of the Philippines, so for last Saturday's weekened the LOVERBOY

Let there be light.

If you’re someone who is out and about on the road quite often, you will notice
that when driving on provincial highway at 60kph and up,  we experience
some difficulty with our vision, but it really is our headlights. not our eyes.
last week  I met a friend from Manila Auto Club and I  was convinced by
the post of another friend from VitaraClub (Gerom Aquino) and his post
convinced me to get one from Jhun. it so happens that there was a LaSalle
Carshow organized by Allandry Tan, (LASALLIAN LEAQUE 2K17)so I
dropped by and met new friends (Jeff of Alton Car repair, Mike of Denso)
who helped me install my KS70. SRP Php 5500.00

Celebrating Chinese new year 2017

Growing up I celebrated all Western holidays, with Chinese New Year never
even crossing my mind. In all honesty, I can’t even remember at what point I
learned of its existence; however, I will always remember my first year
celebrating it that was in the year 2014 when I started to get active with
heritage conservation activities.

my cactus experience

Growing cactus is addicting due to their appearances and flowers.
the day you discover how many species & varieties a cactus family have,
its the day you will become addicted to those pricky plants and for sure,
I know you’ll want more! you will acquire more specimens on your own
garden. either by buying , exchanging or in my case, (asking for samples)
from friends, I started with just 2 cacti acquired during my first CNS
seminar 2 yrs ago by Lino Rom, now my collection has grown to about
30+  give or take.

my antipolo trip : what to do in Antipolo

In  1579, Franciscan missionaries Christianize the Dumagats natives in what is
now known as Antipolo. whose name originated from a Tipolo tree which are

very abundant back in those days. at that time, the virgin forest of Antipolo
covered most of its mountain ranges with various tropical trees and wild life.
many springs supports several waterfalls, the most popular of which is the
Hinulugan Taktak. it was declared a national historical shrine under republic Act 6964

The long holiday season in the country ends today with the observance of the feast of

known as the Epiphany (“vision of God”) the feast of Three Kings commemorates
the manifestation of the Infant Jesus to the Three Wise Men from the East:
Melchor, Gaspar, and Balatazar.

In Manila, three men dressed as the 3 Kings ride around on horseback distributing
candies to children.
