last week  I met a friend from Manila Auto Club and I  was convinced by
the post of another friend from VitaraClub (Gerom Aquino) and his post
convinced me to get one from Jhun. it so happens that there was a LaSalle
Carshow organized by Allandry Tan, (LASALLIAN LEAQUE 2K17)so I
dropped by and met new friends (Jeff of Alton Car repair, Mike of Denso)

Celebrating Chinese new year 2017

Growing up I celebrated all Western holidays, with Chinese New Year never
even crossing my mind. In all honesty, I can’t even remember at what point I
learned of its existence; however, I will always remember my first year
celebrating it that was in the year 2014 when I started to get active with
heritage conservation activities.

my cactus experience

Growing cactus is addicting due to their appearances and flowers.
the day you discover how many species & varieties a cactus family have,
its the day you will become addicted to those pricky plants and for sure,
I know you’ll want more! you will acquire more specimens on your own
garden. either by buying , exchanging or in my case, (asking for samples)
from friends, I started with just 2 cacti acquired during my first CNS
seminar 2 yrs ago by Lino Rom, now my collection has grown to about
30+  give or take.

very abundant back in those days. at that time, the virgin forest of Antipolo
covered most of its mountain ranges with various tropical trees and wild life.
many springs supports several waterfalls, the most popular of which is the
Hinulugan Taktak. it was declared a national historical shrine under republic Act 6964
