Novevember 1, 2020 what Now?

the day will come in history as a day when Manila forgot Halloween 2020. literally,

this is the day when a CAT5 super storm threatened to destroy NCR to the ground.

its also the day when NCR ever heard of a signal no. 5. the Quarantine protocols, plus

the typhoon threat, made people almost forget Halloween. no one does the practice

of throwing Halloween parties, events, or trick or treat, except of course for the upper

class.    today is the 2nd to the last month before we say goodbye to this hell of a year

the unlucky RAT year. where people are all required to stay indoors or be arrested for

not doing so, where people aged 21 and below or above 65 years old are not allowed

to go out and buy stuffs,  when all  business that require crowds of people to survive

like airline, travel, computershops, are closed down. (yes that includes my LANSHOP.

this pandemic has been too long. but what am I to complain?

this happened 100 years ago, 1919 just a few months after world war I.

the government introduced restrictions for at-home social events, restaurants, school

activities and even weddings.   a law passed requiring mask use even outside and far

from others. The coronavirus state of emergency put into place March 17  has been

extended until its one-year anniversary, giving authorities power to quickly lock down

neighborhoods or towns when warranted.

We have to keep it up until the virus goes away or there’s a vaccine. or a proven over

the counter drug to effectively contain the infection

the pandemic is treated like a public health issue, which is what it is. It’s difficult for

everyone, but one thing that makes it a little easier is knowing that everything that can

be done here is being done.

I still have no blogs, because there is no event to blog about, I have not been going out

for almost a year since March. and this will continue throughout as long as there is no

effective virus countermeasures.  a lot of my friends have anxiety attacks, depression,

all businesses are not doing well and its hard to let ends meet.

what kept me going if you ask? my thoughts about this pandemic? its better than war.

you stay home, and hope your savings can feed you for 2 yrs. before its all over.

that is thinking positively for me.

I hope everything will be back tp normal after the US presidential elections.

this is your LOVERBOY Dennis signing out
