THE NEW NORM

yes, we have another new term, aside from social distancing , physical distancing
social amelioration fund, IATF, ayuda, and COVID19. the new NORMAL.
because.............
under the new normal, middle class high income families may have to sell stuffs,
and downgrade, while low income middle class families are now the new poor.

this pandemic may be peaking soon. As we prepare to venture out of our quarantine
lockdown, self-isolation and return to work, one thing is certain: The world we return
to won’t be the same as the pre-pandemic world that we inhabited only a few weeks ago.
and until there is a vaccine or treatment for COVID-19, we will have to maintain some social distancing and heightened hygiene standards, i.e, lots of handwashing. Those are just two
of the possible changes from the pre-Coronavirus idea of normal.

Video conferencing for meetings and distance learning for schools might be much
more common after the pandemic than before.

for LANSHOP owners like me, the new normal means shifting to online e-learning
for students, rearranging PC units to 2 seat apart for physical distancing. this may mean
closing down the whole cafe, as a lanshop would only profit if there are more than 20
units used or rented at the same time for 5 hours. in my case, I chose to just close down.

solution would be to test people for COVID-19 before they enter crowded public venues.
Abbott has already marketed a reliable 5-minute Coronavirus test that might one day be
used to screen concert-goers or travelers for a COVID-19 infection before they enter an
arena or board an airplane.

When people have to be physically present, work spaces might be changed to increase
space between workers. If that isn’t possible, barriers could be erected to protect against
aerosol droplets produced by coughs, sneezes, or even just talking.

Plexiglass barriers between cashiers and customers are already becoming commonplace
in grocery stores. Those partitions might be here to stay.

its hard, but that is the new normal, until a vaccine or a quick drug is around to just
buy over the counter.. thing wont get back the way they used to.

2022 is a year of staying  and being alive,  staying at home with 0000 income and
relying on what emergency savings you have to feed your family, pay
the bills for as long as you can, while staying healthy  and being covid free.
its a challenge in itself because worrying gets to lower once immune system and
with no cure for this virus, we dont know how long you should stay at home.
2 yrs probably? so compute maximum of 2 years of spending your savings without
income. (for food medicines, bills), that is if you dont get sick.  the govt only pay the
your hospital bills if you re admitted in a public ward. so this spending will be everyday,
for a max of 2 yrs. or when a vaccine or cure  is readily available whichever comes first.

good luck middle class.

for now this is your LOVERBOY Dennis signing out
still, no pictures to show because tourism is dead for now.
until then.
lets all stay home and wait for that vaccine.
